Are you looking for the best JJRC drone? Do you need help to decide what JJRC quad to buy?
JJRC is another popular brand in the drone market. Their drones are designed for particular purposes and due to the wide variety of quadcopters they offer, you will surely find one that suits your needs.
In this article, I’ll be sharing with you my top JJRC drone picks. The quads on my list are durable and solid. Most importantly, they deliver impressive performance and they are affordable, too.
I’m very excited to share with you the best JJRC drones, so without further ado, let’s get started!
1. JJRC H36 Mini Drone
Dimensions: 3.4 x 1.2 x 3.4in
Flight time: 5min
Charge time: 30-50min
JJRC H36 is a mini drone that looks like Blade Inductrix, which makes it a great base for building a Tiny Whoop. It has the same design and it is as great when it comes to its performance.
This mini quad has ducted motors and thick propellers that reduce the chance of injury. Thus, it is safe for both adults and kids. Children will surely enjoy it because it’s a great toy drone.
Since the propellers are not exposed, they are safe from getting damage. Also, the propellers have four thick blades making them durable and easier to locate when they detach due to a crash.
As for its performance and capability, this quad has all the basic flight features you would expect in toy drones at its price range. It can perform 3D flips, which is perfect for those who want a stunt drone.
For beginners, this quad is easier to control because it comes with Headless Mode and One Key Return functions. The Headless Mode removes the confusion when piloting the drone because you do not need to consider the orientation of the quad. Meanwhile, the One Key Return function enables the quad to return to you with a single push of a button which is very helpful especially if the quad is not within your sight.
It comes with a two-speed mode – High and Low. When at high-speed mode, the yaw rate is fast. In this mode, you can perform tight turns and funnels which is a lot of fun.
Flips are smooth due to the absence of altitude hold. The only issue about this aircraft is its tiny transmitter. I don’t recommend this quad to kids under 14 because the tiny transmitter that might tempt small children to put it in their mouth. I recommend that parents supervise their kids, especially if there are small children around.
Overall, JJRC H36 is very satisfying considering its price, performance, built and performance. So, yes, I highly recommend this.
- Very Affordable
- Stable at high speeds
- Can perform smooth 3D flips
- Has headless mode

The aforementioned qualities improve the waterproof performance of this quad making it durable and capable to last under tough conditions and even 50 meters underwater.
It is also very intuitive, safe and easy to fly. It is packed with beginner-friendly features that make piloting it a breeze.
It has Headless Mode, One Key Return, built-in positioning system and more. You won’t get bored flying it because it can perform 60-degree flips. With the aforementioned feature, you can achieve 3D aerobatic flights and control this drone skillfully like a veteran. This quad has a range of over 100 meters, you can even go further, but I don’t recommend doing so because it is very tiny and it can easily be taken away by a gust of wind, so make sure that the quad is within your sight.
It can last between 6-8 minutes in the air. However, it does not have an audible warning when the battery goes low, but its LED light will start blinking. You should easily notice it because it will be flying with reduced power in 10 to 20 seconds, which should be enough to land it safely.
Overall, JJRC H31 is a great quad in terms of design, performance and price. If you want an affordable quad that can survive tough conditions, this is the quad to get!
